This practice is run by two former high-level sportspeople, one of whom is still French international, who now both act as executives in their federations or clubs.

a. Legal advice

• Assisting the sportsperson (and his/her agent) with the negotiation and conclusion of sponsorship agreements
• Assisting the sportsperson (and his/her agent) with the negotiation and conclusion of agreements between the sportsperson and any other assistant (physical, mental, etc.)
• Assisting the sportsperson with the management of all matters connected with employment law, his/her social security protection, URSSAF
• Assisting the sportsperson with all matters connected with his/her image and intellectual property rights

b. Tax and wealth management

• Assisting the sportsperson with understanding his/her tax status and various administrative steps
• Wealth and tax optimisation
• Providing the sportsperson with administrative and logistical assistance at the time of any transfer of residence abroad
• Supervision to establish that assets are being properly managed by bankers or other asset managers, whether or not they have been jointly selected; to this end, we have high-level preferential contacts with various private banks, both in France and abroad, that specialise in asset management
