Alexis Gramblat founded the firm of Gramblat. He previously worked at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York (2001/2002) then in Paris (2002/2003).

He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Columbia Law School in New York and postgraduate diplomas (Magistère de Juriste d'Affaires, DESS in business law and DJCE) from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

He is a member of the management board of the Tennis Club de Paris.
