She works with French and international, mostly institutional clients in audiovisual, cinema, publishing, distribution, industry (derivative products, seasonal creations, announcers, etc.), telecommunications, as well as journalists, authors, artiste needing advice (drafting professional advice, contracts, managing negotiations) and/or defence of their interests in the context of (pre-)litigation in these matters.

• Negotiation and drafting of publishing, audiovisual (co)production (both domestic and international) and distribution agreements, acquisition/assignment of rights, broadcasting by television channels, hiring of composer/performers, journalists, etc.
• National collective bargaining (in particular dubbing artists covered by the DADR convention)
• Production of shows
• Drafting and negotiation of trademark licensing and intellectual property rights agreements
• Registration of trademarks, designs and models and distinctive signs
• Litigation in these areas
