Michel SIMONET is active in the main areas of real estate law:

• Construction law
• Law of private and public procurement
• Commercial and residential leases
• Law of co-ownership
• Law of town planning

He is involved in the drafting of agreements (public works, leases, real estate arrangements), contractual management of contracts (public and private) and all areas of real estate litigation.

He has substantial experience in these procedures, which often are followed up by judicial assessments.

His clients are mainly companies in public buildings and works, developers, industrial companies, managing agents, property managers and institutional companies.

Other information

Michel Simonet, who holds a certificate for specialisation in real estate law, worked from 1976 to 1986 for two major French construction firms (Karila and Caston).

He set up his own firm in 1986.

With François Illouz and José Garcia, he founded the firm of ISGA.

He runs training days for corporate lawyers.
